We take allergies extremely seriously. Because we cook in the safety and privacy of your own kitchen, we completely eliminate the risk of cross-contamination from a shared commercial kitchen. We are meticulous about reading labels and ensuring your environment remains safe and free of your specific allergens.
We shop at your preferred local grocery stores, such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, AJ's Fine Foods, or Fry's. We prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients and can accommodate requests for organic or locally sourced produce whenever possible.
Absolutely. Your trust and safety are our top priorities. Every chef on our team is fully insured and has passed a comprehensive third-party background check. We only hire professionals we would trust in our own homes.
We offer flexibility because we know life happens. We require 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cook day. This allows us to adjust our chefs' schedules accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
Our goal is to stock your fridge with a variety of delicious, custom meals to solve your meal needs for the week, freeing you from the daily stress of cooking. The final number of meals is completely flexible. During your consultation, we'll design a service plan that perfectly matches your household size and how often you'd like to enjoy our meals.
No, there are no hidden fees. Our pricing is a flat service fee for our time and expertise. Groceries are always a separate cost. Depending on your chosen service plan, you can either purchase the groceries yourself or have us handle the shopping for you, in which case we provide the original receipt for the exact amount.
For our Full-Service plan, we handle all the shopping. After your cook day is complete, we will send you a single invoice that includes the service fee and the grocery total, along with a copy of the original receipt.
While meal kits may seem cheaper upfront, they only solve a small part of the problem—they deliver ingredients, but you still have to do all the cooking and cleaning. Our service saves you 10+ hours a week by handling the entire process. Furthermore, our food is 100% customized to your tastes and dietary needs, cooked fresh in your home (not a factory), and uses higher-quality ingredients than most mass-market services.
